Shipping policy
Rates
We have three tiers of shipping rates: Free shipping, Flat rate shipping, and Calculated rates. A combination of items will always use the better shipping tier. For example:
- A Flat rate and Free shipping item will always be Free shipping.
- A flat rate and calculated rate item will always be Flat rate.
- Two flat rate items qualify for Free shipping.
Free Shipping is $0
Flat rate shipping is $5 CDN + Tax
Calculated rates are based on weight and size of the item.
Rates are not combinable across shipments. In other words, a free shipping in stock item will not make a group buy free shipping because they will be shipped separately. If your order will be shipped in in different shipments, an explanation of this will appear in checkout when shipping rates are determined.

Shipping Location
All items ship from Ontario, Canada. We do not drop ship.
Timeline
All orders typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If there's a large number of orders, we will ship earlier. To make it into the current batch, an order must be placed before 11pm EST. From there it typically takes 1-3 days to ship inside Ontario, and 5-8 days to BC and 4-8 days for the USA.

Insurance
Finally, Route+ is offered and recommend on all orders. Please make use of this service. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged there is very little that can be done to help you if you do not purchase the Route+ insurance. That being said, we will always do whatever we can to assist you.
